- When will F2A categories will again become the year of 2002?

On the State depts site - it said something to the tune of - they have too many people and they needed to keep the numbers within the numerical limitations - so I guess its anyone's guess when they will change it. I hope it was yesterday !

I think all US Citizens should write to their Senetors and Congresman to stop the DV Visa's for at least for five years and those visa numbers should be used along with 23,000+55000=78,000 to complete the pending cases of US Dependents.
We already have thousands of applicants waiting due to lack of visa numbers.
This visa numbers must be used for only unmarried sons/daughters over 21 years of age.
I hope this will clear all the pending cases.

Taf, that's not true you have to wait for your PD to current. They will keep your file until your date arrives. You know I finnish paying for the visa since oct 2004 and only on August visa bulletin I am current so my file is at consulate all these years waiting on PD.

As I said before, this is a deliberate process aimed at slowing/decreasing all kind of immigration.

It's better to go to any immigration office and check out the bulletin news posted on the bulletin board for any visa information.
