Can one apply for naturalization with an expired resident card, or must the resident card be valid at the time of applying?
Thanks

You must apply for renewal of your GC. After applying you can apply for your Naturalization. By the time you will have interview, you will have your GC also.
Good luck

I figured the resident card would need to be renewed at some point in the process. Thank you!
