There probably is a good reason no suspicion was directed at doc saint. I'll assume by the name your a doctor or something along those lines. That being the case you probably wouldn't be suspected of having any financial ulterior motives for immigrating. Its all about money. If you have it come on it, next to no questions asked.


You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.

Wow! I just read this and freaked out. I entered the country on my B-2 visa (that I've had since 1995, and renewed in 2003) and my American fiance proposed to me in december '06, I entered the country on March 30th, and we got married on June 23rd. I had no idea of this 90 day rule, or even that it was 'illegal' to enter the country with the intent of getting married.

We filed the petitions (I-130, I-485 and I-765) on july 19th, I haven't received any sort of notice yet.

I'm scared.
