Hello everyone , my query is that my son is naturalising as a USC next month . my questions are :

1) Is there some benefit of me accompanying him on his oath ceremony .

2) when and in how much time will i get EAD .

3)How much time will it take for me to get a green card /AOS (from B1/B2 ).

4) I have just arrived in the US last week and have 6 month entry until July end. Is there some timeline after which only my son can sponsor me for a green card ..like a 30/60 day rule ?

5) How soon can I travel back to my country ? can i travel after obtaining AOS on advance parole or should i wait until getting my PR ?

The case is being processed at nebraska center

As soon as your son become a US Citizen he can file (I-130+I-485+and employment authorization form I for got the form number)same day.

Why don't you ask the uscis to mail the complete package. Citizen filing for Parents.
In this category you don't have a waiting time.
