my i687 and later appeal (i694) were denied because according to them the affidavits were not credible. Eventhough i sent all contact info abour my affidavits. The paper work were fine. I don't have any other documents unfortunately. So there is no way i can prove it. However, my question is what is the procedure after this? Do i get 180 days to appeal or try to get into any other program ?
any body ? anyone ? any ifo?

Did you attach new set of documentary evidence with your appeal to establish that you are really a class member? Your appeal was based on what ground(s) to merit the reversal of the denial?

yes but that time i wast out of status b cus on 1988 my aplication was denied to so i dont get it they said i was denied b cus i travel on that time and they punishme for said in the truh

I can feel that you have been fighting a losing battle due to lack of professional guidance.
