The wait sounds a bit unusually long. Go to http://uscis.gov and make an Infopass appointment with the S.F. local office to make an inquiry about your case. Make sure to take all the correspondence that you had with the CIS with you.

Cheers.

Something is wrong. Usually they approve you on the spot and stamp your passport. Then you get the green card less than 6 months.

Hey doc...

Sup is right. Get an info pass and inquire about your petition... one mystic thing about USCIS is ... unless u push them hard....they wont do anything for you....its the same like in any other 3rd world country in some cases....so wish u all the best and if things don't work out with info pass....get your congressman involved in this case .... he will surely help u out...good luck...Pasha
