MICHAEL!
I now understand why you post so many native answer thinking every one is a fraud, it hard for you to get over your spouse dumping after using you for a greencard, everyone is not like that, after reading alot of your comments, maybe your pouse had every reason to dump you maybe you drive that person do what he/she did, every time some share the good news about abtaining they green card all you've to say is another fraud beats the system, you need to get over yourself, I know there are bad aliens here but there are also some very good one who are now frauds! Stop the bitterness it's not healthy for your soul! What you need to know is give your life to the Lord, He will take away the pain and bitterness from your heart!

I suspect the question relates to the removal of conditions. The conditional LPR status is imposed to prevent marriage fraud. Note that adultery, all and by itself, cannot be used to deny an application. The application can be denied only if the alien entered into the marriage for the "sole" purpose of evading immigration law. An extra-marital affair or marriage difficulties do not prevent the showing of a bona-fide relationship. USCIS is not in the business of evaluating the viability of the marriage (See Matter of Sosa, overruled). Also note that considering the green card in the decision to get married is not against the law, it's only illegal when it is the only reason that prompted the marriage.
If you need help you should contact a qualified attorney, don't limit yourself to the contents of internet discussion boards. This is NOT legal advice.

I wish I could get rid of it easily and return to my trusting naive self, but I know I will never be able to. The obsession you witness is not the cause of the fraud, it is the result of it. It is impossible for anyone who was never defrauded in this way to understand it. It is more than a fraud for money, it is a fraud of the human heart and soul.

Well said.... it's about making sure justice is served. You feel robbed & you want to make sure that he is robbed too (by being deported). It's about trying to take your life back & the only way to do that is to make sure justice is served. Because until you know that has happened, you can't have peace of mind. I'm in the same boat myself.... I'm on pins & needles hoping my ex gets deported.
