i would like some advice on the following situation
I am on an f1 visa engaged to a US CITIZEN and i got a friend to provide an affidevit of support since my fiancee is not capable of meeting the 125% poverty requirement .
My friend has a steady job with a good income but he is going to resign from is job in august to pursue a degree at M IT for 9MTHS( HE descibed this as an opportunity of a life time) WE plan to get married in November
my question is can i still rely on my friend to file the affidavit of support even though he will not be working at that time because he meets all requirements.
My second predicament is that can i be included as member of house hold given that my income is
$15,800 slightly above the 125% requirement when my fiancee files an affidavit of support for me since i would have been living in her household for more than 6months
please give me yuor opinions both positive and negative

What I understand is that whoever becomes a sponsor for your affidavit of support needs to have a job when you submit the application besides all other requirements.
