Questions:

1- Does the question about tax return concern property tax as well? Or is it abou city, state and fed taxes only?

2- Is it possible to have same day oath of allegeance in NYC?

So, you are not paying your property taxes? But, you are correct, the question applies to city, state and federal income taxes only.
