i was born here but my half brothers and sisster weren't . how can i get them to live here w me legally ? what actions must i take?

You can file an immigrant petition on their behalf, but right now the waiting period is between 10-15 years. Also you should know that once you file that petition on their behalf they probably won't be able to visit on tourist visa. Regards.

You can just sponsor them for visit. You can not sponsor your half brothers and sisters. A USC can sponsor his siblings and half brothers and sisters do not fall under that category.
