Does anybody know how much the FBI charge to do fingerprint check; somebody told me $18.00 is this correct, also how long it take the FBI to return the fingerprint card after the check done? Thanks

i was told it was $70 . I just checked with ins office last thursday

I thought it use to be $ 18. But they take about three weeks; or I shoud say it took three weeks back in Dec 2002

I paid the FBI $18 to check my fingerprint for personal check; I think it's cost $70 only If you do the fingerprint check through the USCIS not direct through the FBI.
Does anybody know how long it takes these days and if there is a way to check with FBI About the status of the fingerprint?
