Must an I-485 applicant spouse of American citizen list a juvenile arrest at 16 years old - nearly 15 years ago?

Wont Matter! Continue as An Adult That Has Made Changes To Lifestyle And The Ways within USA!

Yes, you must list it in the I-485 application and then write a statement concerning the event. the instructions on page 3 are quite clear. Any offense does include a juvenille offense.

Personally, it only should include adult offense within a reasonable amount of time elapse. Good luck with you.
