Thank you for your reply. Fingerprints review completed online, I assume that means only part of the security check is cleared. Am I right?

Fringerprints were taken in 2005. Does it take them this long to say that fingerprints review completed??? This does not make any sense.

Just learned this. The FBI is using old retired agents for the background check as a part time job. A friend of mine knows few of these people who got offered this job.

that is why they delay us for years, they do not care about the harm they cause when they separate families for years, just because they do that dumb background check which for innocent people will not take more than hours. this is not fair. there are people die to see their families and others want to do it right. I wish if they care more about the bazillion illegals who cross the border every hour and have food stamps and other stuff for free. but people who wants to do it right, are punished by the long long procedures and unreasonable delays. I have not seen my wife since three years. and I am under that adming. processing for 9 monthes, although I presented police clearance from every where I lived and I never broke any law. do it need them to keep me away of my wife for all that long?

Also found out that the that my I-130 was approved since 2005 but online it still says case received and pending...go figure

infopass is a good idea, hope you will get an answer, if not, WOM is not a wrong decision, cause it will force them to take an action on your case.

Hi EVevryone,

My husband went for the infopass appt. Basically name check has not come back from the FBI, so we need to play the waiting game. They do not need any information from us. She was very sympathetic towards our case and suggested that we should talk to our atty, he will know what to do. She said that she cannot tell us what to do, but we should really ask atty to do something....my husband understood the next step as WOM....I will keep you all posted what happens.
