IF A N-400 CASE IS STILL ON A CONTINUOUS STATUS AFTER THE INTERVIEW AND THE PERSONN IS TOLD THAT HE WILL HEAR BACK WITH IN 4 MONTH
MY QUESTION IS IF AFTER THE 4MONTH ELAPSED AND NO NEWS IS HEARD FROM THE INS , WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP

CAN ANYONE SHARED SIMILAR EXPERIENCE


(N-400 APPLICATION HAS ARREST RECORD FOR MINOR OFFENSE AND IT'S DISCLOSED DURING INTERVIEW )

I had an arrest and dismissal (adjudication withheld) in '95 for a deportable offense, in '96 the application was denied. I was called in twice for an interview)
