received letter from Field officer today it states that my application for AOS has been terminated and it in the jurisdiction of the immigration judge.
In 2004 the DHS sent me a letter stating that " I was in removal proceeding because I failed to registered for TPS." However In the court that day I presented my TPS that was issues to me and the case was administratively close.

DHS has re calender my case any idea or advice as to what is going on and what I need to do ?

Do you have an attorney?

How on earth would we know??

If you tried for an AOS while on TPS then it makes sense that it was denied. You would have been reverted to your pre-TPS status which is probably illegal. Which makes you ineligible to adjust status. Now that your TPS is canceled you are now an illegal alien.

I have a tps and ha maintain my status even up t this point. The case about due to a mis understand in INS records. who knows for some reason I wa not registered in their system but for that year then I was issued my tps card which I have and kept up to this point .

I had a tps once but they have a cream that can get rid of it

Did you come in undocumented/snuck in, or by some other means?
