If you think all this krap that you are doing is helping a cause, it really isn't.
Either you are using VAWA as an excuse to disrupt the board for fun, or if you are truly a victim of fraud, you are hurting the cause for real victims by acting the way you do.
Taking your personality and actions into account, how will that come across on this board in the future when someone posts about the subject again and wants to either tell their story or ask for advice. I can tell you, they are more likely going to be ignored because no one wants to get this kind of nonsense so best left alone.
Thank God not all victims are like you. They hurt but don't go around disrupting and acting like scorned man on a mission or become an anti immigrant. I have spoken to a few this past week, and they are ashamed and embarrassed by what you are doing. This is not what they stand for, they want people to know what is going on and have their story heard, but this...is not what they like to see. You are hurting them.

Ok, here's what I know about VAWA Act. It was initially passed by the US Congress and signed into law by President Clinton in 1994. It was renewed in 2000 with overwhelming votes and in 2005, which was signed into law by President Bush in 2006. It's up for renewal again in 2010.
There is only one challenge as to the 'constitutionality' of some of its provisions by the US Supreme Court in re: United States v. Morrison et. al. (2000) holding that portions of it may have rendered Congress overstepping its authority citing the 'Commerce and Equal Protection Clauses' of the US Constitution.
Yet aside from this, the VAWA Act is an indispensable part and parcel of the US immigration system of today.

What VAWA is? Violence Against Womens Act....HELL NO. It is Vicious Acts of Womens Atrocities.
VAWA is unconstitutional. Federal Lawmakers should not be intervening in domestic life. There are state laws for it. The state should be responsible for it.
That ******* Joe Biden pimp of them feminist organizations quickly drafted over 300 page law that none of the law makers ever read and said Aye Aye to the vote. And them lawmakers were afraid to say Nay Nay Nay to the vote because they feared backslash from agenda driven female organizations.
The VAWA Act is also know as Women Get What They Want. Many American men are destroyed because of this Act. This ACT has now become a beacon and pioneer for them immigrant fraudsters to further defraud United States Government and United States Citizens.
A simple argument between a couple is now called Domestic Violence as per VAWA. Hudson will jump on this and say yes it is, but Davdah will support it other way.
