No it does not bother me nor does it hurt me to discuss my past. I had some tough times but all it did was make me stronger and wiser. Because of my experiences, I have learned more about love. When I see love, I do not get jealous of others;I delight in their happiness. When I see cynicism I understand it comes from as in sis's case. I do not attack the fool, I pity them for they have never accepted their pain and turned it around to love as I have done.

To turn pain and anger to love and joy requires forgiveness, faith and knowledge. Sadly I can see sis is a pathetic fat bon bon eating slob incapable of this. However, I hope my story will encourage those that seek love not to hold back and listen to these liars and abusers.

American men are the best in the world. Too good for our own good. Women from all over the world seek us out because they know we are good guys. They know VAWA and IMBRA are propaganda by American feminists. They come to America and join us laughing at the likes of Sis. Rejoice that, for now, we have a choice to reject liars and fraudsters.

Max One you brought up a good point about being in a defenseless position. Has anyone ever challenged VAWA based on innocent until proven guilty or at least the idea you are supposed to be able to face your accuser? There has to be some way for a person who is right to defend themselves.

If the system is so one sided why bother looking for a wife else ware? It seems the risks are too high.

A VAWA claim is not a criminal case, but an administrative one. And one still needs hard evidence to prove such a case. I am not worried about the number of VAWA claims that are bing filed as much as the problems of keeping a marriage together. I look at the evidence individually, not a group as a whole.

A VAWA claim is quite easy to win. I am not going to go into this because my goal is to help honest people and not the liars. In my case, I was always one step ahead of the liar I was with but mine is a rare exception due to my unique foresight which I hope has been shared in the hopes that other men will do the same.

Steps to not getting burned

1) Prenupital agreements are always a must (especially with American women more than foreign but American women will usually not sign them) 2) Fast cheap divorce; have her served or on notice; never delay 3) Always respect yourself and never give 2nd chances
4) Immediately get on the plane to Russia and find a new love ; do not delay

NOW says that 572,000 women are abused/murdered/raped annually by their domestic partners. I guess they all deserved what they got because, according to Sis's argument, they should have known better. These were not strangers but husbands and boyfriends. Didn't they see the signs? Considering that they deserved it, why should we waste police resources on harassing the men involved?

IMBRA allows you only 2 applications for a fiance visa (regardless if they come or not) if you are a man. Unlimited visas if you are a woman.

One thing I thought about is how sis says men deserve to be defrauded because we should have seen it coming. So guys, act on every paranoid feeling you get, refuse to help your spouse no matter what and kick her out the second she acts up. These are all the "signs" that Sis says we should act on; otherwise you deserve to be defrauded and cheated on by people like Shelley and sis. Of course they will cry and say that this is abuse but you see they will accuse you of abuse anyway and that you deserve it !

Mike the only judgment I made was about your age preference. If you compare how many names you called me and the number of judgments you made about my character and so forth there is no comparison. The main point I was conveying had to do with people being blind to what is in front of them. For reasons known only to you and perhaps I struck a memory chord you lashed out out me. For someone who has the education you pro port to have your spelling, grammar, and etiquette are atrocious. If you want to impress people work on those things.

I never said anything derogatory concerning foreign women. If it works for you and some others, fine. I have no problem with it. Same applies to foreign husbands for those of that persuasion.

My appearance is not indicative of my qualification to the discussion. I am by no means fat or stupid. Perhaps my intellect threatens your delicate ego. More could be said but I won't. At least not yet.

Mr. Hudson are you sure its not so easy to get a VAWA conviction? If the accused is not permitted a defense it is similar to a grand jury indictment. Although its not a criminal manner it is still recorded for access by various entities. Wouldn't it have a negative affect on a background check for employment or similar? If there are negative consequences there should be some remedy available to the accused if the allegation can be proven false.
