translated into English, this means: "I tried to lie to the embassy and bought some phoney papers to show them, but the consuls were too smart and they refused my request, over and over and over. I don't understand why they think I am such a dishonest person...boo hoo boo hoo."
Angel. Who / what is the company name who issued your fiancee a fake visa? I am a victim of unscrupolous US pinoy employers too. I entered US as b1b2, then converted to h1b thru this company. Of course, i paid. So if i work, the company will pay him for the work i did, and what happened was he did not pay me for almost the whole year last year. i had my hearing for uncollected salary last month and in front of the commissioner he promised to pay within 10 days pero until now nothing. so, please beware of this company in Riverside, California. thanks.
Dondie: another filipino that spends too much time behind water buffaloes...and lied to get your tourist visa, claiming you had some job (probably under the table at a bar in Olongapo)...Dondie cheetem en liam visa bordo suk pinoy dikdik bordo mikroskopik ciz beta meetuh no ketchum gurlee visa no kanket
Hi I have a question. I have an aunt who is living in Arizona. She is a US Citizen. She has a grandson that she brought here when he was 6 years old and now her grandson is now 11 years and is illegal. She wants to know if she can adopt her grandson who is already leaving with him for 5 years. This grandson is her daugthers son. Whom she was not able to petition because she is more than eighteen at that time. Now my question was is there anyway that my anunt's grandson be legalize here in the US. Pls advise what we should do. Is possible for her to adopt him?
Hello mga kababayan, I need your opinion about my N400. I passed the interview and exams last march 2005 fingerprint done in Feb 2005. I am still waiting for my oath taking. It's been 8 months since then no oath date yet.I inquired about it and INS send letter that said still under review. Do you guys think there's problem?Do i need legal help? Thanks for your help, manay
Paralegals are not lawyers, they are the one who assist lawyers in preparing all legal documents that the clients needed in their application for immigration benefits, therefore if you have questions about immigration law,it is better to ask a well verse immigration attorney.
here's my situation... i'm on an H1B visa and my priority date is coming really soon. here's the problem, my wife who is on H4 has been working for 3yrs using her TIN w/o work authorization, she has been paying her taxes using her TIN, she just recently stopped working. we just had our baby girl a year ago. i know we did something against the law. now i know this thing will come back to haunt us. can u please advise me on my options? will we be deported after the interview? should we give up on our dreams here in the US? i will greatly appreciate your response... thanks
