My sister came to america as a tourist,and she over stay her visa (she is 11 years old). I have been told by a friend that i can apply for a legal quardianship so she can be a permanent residency and be able to stay and go to school. How do i apply for legal quardianship without tiring an Attorney's.


Because my sister is staying here pass her visa due dates, would the INS or FBI come and look for her?
