im just about to file at a local INS office forms I-485 & I-130. Is it advisable to wait until im called for an interview to get my medical completed as it is only valid for one year?
any help?

Wait until you are called in for an interview and bring the completed medical with you at that time... You have no idea ahow long your wait might be...
