ok, im back. interview is over. well, they said they will send the letter in the mail if its approved, they didnt apporve right there, because she wanted to see the IAP-66 that i got with my J1 visa, which states if it was a two year residency requirement, my lawyer told them that with au pair program its not subject to...but anyway, so we had to sit outside for another 15 minutes, and then they called us to the window, and the supervisor was there too,,...they said that they will inform me in writing, we asked about the iap 66 that the intervier was concerned about, but they just brushed it off like its not even important anymore. so what i think is that they just want me to sweat another 2 months waiting for it.
what do u guys think??????? oh FBI name check went through, so everything else is fine. and they didnt ask anything about us nothing at all.
she did the paperwork and thats it.
any thoughts?:-(

Should be approved. Letter will come in 30 days.

Check your IAP-66. If it says 2 yr residency requirement, you have a problem. If not, don't worry

You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.

still no news:-(( all i was able to do is get in touch with the company i came with, and they wrote me an official letter stating that the 2 year residency is NOT required and why....so if anything at least I'll have this. they dont keep anything after 3 years and i've been here over 7. Im thinking about sending this letter in, but i dont want to cause any confusion either by sending something in that they didnt even require, all they said we'll send the decision in mail...but still why couldnt they approve me on the spot then, if the IAP after all wasn even a request...:-(
