I have an appointment for a Employment Authorization Card.Can anyone tell me what happens at this appointment eg of what if any questions asked

Depending on what INS office you go to, it will be a very easy matter. They will take your picture, you will sign the card where they will indicate and away you go. Just remember to take the original appointment notice with you and the documents that are listed in the notice (i.e., a form of picture identification such as a passport or driver's license).

I Spoke to a lawyer who is going to help us with our situation but she made everything so confusing that i decided to look up what she said about the forms and stuff and i was wondering: see she told us that we would have to fill out an I-795 but i cant find this form on any web site i go to if anyone knows what this form is or where i can find one please let me know. THANKS ~M~
