I am not biased. The thought of either one of them taking over the presidency scares the hell out of me. What were they thinking when they picked these people?
Yikes Proud you are right.. as both seem to abhor the idea of living in DC. Biden will move the white house to Delaware and Amtrak will go out of business., Palin would move the white house to alaska. these two are not too different when you really think about it.

Good luck.
I see you trying to provoke me to speak by insisting that I keep quiet As to 2006, I remember predicting that Dems couldn't win Congress, yet they did. I was a bit puzzled, not too much though. Question to me was why did Reps concede it? Could it be they had much more to gain by losing then? I don't know, we will see soon. But your reference to my arrogance is laughable. The only arrogant one here is you. I am the one who is totally aware.Good luck.
Sounds a bit arrogant to me!
We voted Democrat. They'll be no need to sneak in anymore

Well I dont have my bus yet E , because 4now, I could not get the credit to buy it .. As you know the credit has tightened and I do not have inside connections like a lot of those congress folks. But if I got my own sweet deal as I have proposed, I could buy my own bus and not rely on a crooked lender to grant such. Then I could help out with the economy and provide some jobs to unemployed persons, and line my own pockets too instead of someone else's. I know you have kids to raise and believe me.. I wouldnt run you over unless you provoked me... If I got my rescue money, and you need a job E to help with your family,... I will be there with a job 4u in my bus company. with flames of course BTW.. Davdah will be flying his plane , and not using a bus.

I don't know about swingers and buses, but the results of the debate last night are in. I've read some comments here favoring one over the other, of course , I'm just reporting what the majority thought.Who won the VP debate? Fri Oct 3, 12:31 PM ET After Sarah Palin's interview with Katie Couric, many predicted her debate with Senator Joe Biden would be another "moose in the headlights" train wreck. That wasn't the case. The Alaska governor held her own and had a clear command of the facts. But was she good enough to win? Clearly, voters want to know. After the debate, searches spiked on "who won the vice presidential debate" and "who is the vp debate winner." The Buzz contains a slew of analysis pieces on who came out on top, but like everything else in politics, the answer depends on who you ask. CNN conducted a national poll and found that Senator Biden won, but that Gov. Palin "exceeded expectations." CNN also found that Palin topped Biden on likability, but Biden was viewed to be more qualified for the job. Politico acknowledges that Palin escaped a "demolition derby moment," but claimed Biden was still the clear winner. "The financial meltdown has put a new premium on competence, and Palin did nothing to show she is ready to be in charge." Still, Palin's "folksy charm" was, for the most part, well received, and on occasion came with a "sharp edge." Similar analysis can be found at Time.com. Joe Klein writes that while Sarah Palin "did fine," Joe Biden "demonstrated a real knowledge of the issues." Biden, in Klein's opinion, also had the most memorable moment of the debate when he spoke about his wife's death and what it was like to be a single parent. That moment, according to Klein, "was more real than anything Palin said all night." Still, Ms. Palin's "you betcha" phrases drew a tremendous amount of search interest. In referencing the average American, she used the phrase "Joe Sixpack." The term immediately shot up in Search ("Hockey Mom" is so last month). Palin also referred to John McCain as "the maverick" several times. For viewers, this clearly inspired memories of one of Tom Cruise's greatest hits. That's right, lookups on "top gun maverick" went supersonic. Finally, Palin's mispronunciation of the word "nuclear" drew an atomic level of searches for "nuclear vs. nucular." Remember: when in doubt, just sound it out. - by Mike Krumboltz Source

Debate Wrap up - Who made the grade? And the winner is… Wed Oct 8, 10:03 AM ET With no major gaffes, stumbles or snafus made by Sen. Barack Obama or Sen. John McCain during the second presidential debate, neither candidate won hands down. There were no fireworks, no major water cooler moments. Even though the debaters traded testy jabs over the economy, the Drudge Report went so far as to label the debate "boring." At first glance, it might seem this duel was a draw. A snap shot of the Drudge Report. Nevertheless, there is a growing consensus among the pundits that McCain lost the debate, not because of what he did but because of what he didn't do: He didn't create the game-changing moment his campaign needed to alter the trajectory of the race. With McCain lagging in the polls, Politico's Alexander Burns sums up why Obama gets the "W" next to his name: Obama didn't deliver a knockout punch tonight. But he denied his opponent the chance to rescramble the campaign, and that was enough. The day goes to him. The Associated Press, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post all concur, in their own way. This snoozefest created a winner because no one won at all. There were a few in the media who focused more on the apparent tie. Mark Halperin at Time gave McCain a B and Obama a B+. Of McCain, he wrote: The Republican nominee was by turns aggressive, sensitive, conservative and conversational. Successfully presented a negative case against Obama with an upbeat, optimistic smile. Ultimately though, Halperin echoed the general consensus: [Obama] played it typically cautious and safe, and thus avoided major blunders, knowing if he commits no errors for the next 30 days, he will be the next president of the United States. Even if you don't put much stock in the talking heads, consider what non-media types said. Each candidate stood his ground, looking comfortable in the town-hall setting, yet the insta-polls showed the same opinion: Obama won. Courtesy: AP In the CBS poll, 40 percent of uncommitted voters said Obama won. Twenty-six percent said John McCain won, while 34 percent said it was a tie. Over at CNN, Obama fared even better in the poll: 54 percent said he did a better job, 30 percent gave it to McCain. Despite those numbers, this isn't all bad news for McCain. The CBS poll did have a silver lining -- respondents still see McCain as more prepared for the job (83 percent to 58 percent). The other good news for the Arizona senator: there is about a month left in the campaign. That's enough time for him to find the game-changer he is looking for. SourceThe polls suggest that the dems are leading. Less than a month to go!

Davdah, you're so funny! You are hoping wishing that something would restore McCain into the running. You are holding on to a thread here. There is noting he can do anymore! Just take you ball and go home. They poll at 52% vs. 41% today.
