Sprintgirl, I wasn't talking to you even. And this is not a picture I've taken. It was taken during an antiwar protest in Washington, among many many other displays of the horror taking place right now in Iraq. Just search flickr for tags with Bush and Blood and you'll see far worse. Not worse than the corpses strewn all over Iraq though, of innocent little babies. Can you imagine them lying in the streets or is that too horrifying for you? Yes, it's much more horrid than what this photo shows. I am not obsessed. If I am obsessed, it is with fighting againt war and its attrocities in all shapes and colors, and against stupidity of the American people who let Republicans do this. You don't have to speak to me, I don't care if nobody speaks to me at all. I know what I believe in.

Yes, I blame Poland for getting involved in the war, and I blame the human kind for all the attrocities in the past inflicted on billions of people, and I am ashamed to be a part of the human kind. I hate our human low instincts, of greed and power, and one day we will all die from either global warming or another catastrophy and that will be the day the planet will be able to breathe finally. I was talking to the Republicans who voted for Bush, which I suppose doesn't include you.

I am not a registered Democrat. Those are my personal opinions and I don't represent the Democratic Party. First part of my post was to you and NHF, and the second to the Republicans who voted for Bush and are going to vote for MCCain to continue the Iraq war. I hope I'm clear. If I am a sad example, thank you. I don't want to be a cheerful dummy.

I thought you didn't read my posts as they were mostly directed to Davdah and other radical republican extremists. You haven't encountered the true republican nastiness in your life yet, although you seem to accept Rush Limbaugh. That's interesting that you are not protesting the republican talkers and are protesting my protesting the war and the war agenda. Seems you agree with what they say? I know you're talking about me behind the scenes. You feel supported by the group led by PUSC, who seems to ravel in controversy and having someone to talk about like Beverely. She couldn't stop bashing Beverely for weeks on end. You know, maybe Beverely is not that bad afterall since she has a passion about what she believes and she is not afraid to speak about it whether she is right or wrong. At least she is not complacent.

I take it you have never seen any Japanese Korean, or even some Taiwanese crime and horrow movies. Most of these movies will get a rating of NC-17 because of the violence. But at least most of their population know it is only the movies and not a reflection on society as a whole. Your other problems IP are that you know very, very, very little about Iraq, much less about global warming and other issues that are continuous debatable in this country. We have had discussions before, and you simply disappear when one attempts to counter your arguments in public forum or cut them out in the PM's or resort to name calling. You have had Democrats and Republicans who have voted for the war and you have Democrats and Republicans who have not voted for the war. Clinton voted for the Congressional Joint Resolution 114 that gave authorization for the US to use military force. So Did McCain. But Ron Paul, a Republican, did not vote for the authorization on a political ideology of non interference (this is called isolationism). Obama was never in the Senate when it was passed. So, it is easy for him to say he was never for the war. It will also be easier for him to say he was for the war if things went out as planned. What you need to do is repect other peop;es opinion without compromising your own. You also need to acknowledge that is what they will vote for. It is not "us vs them" mentality, sort of like "you are with us or against us" mantra. You need to read both sides of the spectrum to understand the arguments for or against. But your position has no rationale nor logic to it. And yet you want to be taken seriously? |

I have and most cannot even debate the subject of Iraq and what to do even without the use of military force. Most did not even know where Iraq was, but are simply against the war. Most were in favor of the US going into Yugoslavia, even though there was no UN mandate. Kinda of hypocritical, isn't it? All this and even the bombing of the Chinese Embassy in Belgtade. if the Chinese were not so compromising, they could have launched their 40 ICBMs on the west including the US. Can't blame the Republicans for this one, can you? |
