I agree. What these people like Someone12 are to bash immigrants. They are immigrant bashers. They pretend to attack only the illegals but all their statements show their racist attitude as if America is owned only by the whites.

American bombs fell night after night and many cities were destroyed. Americans bombed Heidelberg Castle (a castle built more than a 1000 years ago). It was bombed and badly ruined in one night - by the next day they’ve realized what they had done and flew over-head dropping flyers stating that they will spare beautiful Heidelberg. Heidelberg’s tourism today is made up of many Americans that unfortunately now only get to see half a castle. What a shame!

We rebuilt the cities and came back stronger than ever! Everything is most modern now and brand new, not like here, where crooked wooden poles line the streets like ornaments. The electric grids collapse leaving 1/3rd of the country without energy. We don’t built wooden houses that fall apart when the wind blows and turn around and built them up the same way they were, just so that they can fall down again at the next wind. That my friend is stupidity! We don’t have potholes in the streets and imperfections everywhere we look because we are a proud people. We take care of our country; we built strong houses that are being passed down from generation to generation. Everything we do and built is done to perfection. Americans bombed and penetrated many man made structures but were entirely unable to penetrate the more than 2000-year old pride prevalent within us.

And just so that I don’t forget, thanks to public libraries and the Internet, I know more about the Immigration and Nationalization Act and the American Constitution, and I speak better English than half the lazy a.s.s. population born and raised in the USA.

Kollerkrot, this is going to hurt me to say this but i think that I must! I have two daughters with german nationality, so it lies close to my heart however as with most wars.. the losing country always get the most grants the most help in rebuilding. Had Germany not had this help I dont think it would be as it is today. England my friend is very much like the USA, still very old, victorian and badly in need of repair, however they won... no one was handing them out the help and financial support that Germany got after the war. Yugoslavia went thru hell but it looks 10 times more modern today than before the war.. with the help of the UN. But one thing that I will give u credit for who in gods name decided to build wooden houses in a country so suseptical to weather disasters!! Is it a cost factor?

And unfortunately the language isnt just an American thing, its common that most English speaking countries are terrible at second languages, because??? because everyone understands English dont they! what I get mad at is the stupid comments that there is a superior country... WHERE? If America hadnt received help from their allies then would IRAQ be another Vietnam.I dont think we need to remind people what happened there. We should be grateful and learn from all the nationalities that are in this great county. Becuase of the diverse race of people is what makes this country so special. So many nationalities living together in PEACE. Dont let the racist comments from some sad individuals spoil it. War and talk of war, and glorifying it is disgusting! I know! Americans live mostly in cottages. Isn't it funny? We call them summer houses, ones people in Poland own away from the city.
