I went to my interview with my wife for my greencard answered all there questions, then the officer ask me if I was working so I told him the truth I am in but in new york because a job in michigan was hard to get. Then he teling me I living new york, so I said no my wife and I talk on the phone for hrs each day plus I go there every month, afte the interview he told me everything looks good but he need a call history from me and he will send a request in the mail in 60 days that was in july 14th still have not get anything from them yet, so I went there in person with the call history and give the reception to give the officer, when I called them they told me wait in 90 days. I dont understand what is going on here my wife and I is very much in love no fake, What should I do please give me some advice, thank you.

Given the recession it isn't that surprising couples are having to spend some time apart these days because of jobs being hard to find. The USCIS should know this but they still have to check to make sure it isn't marriage fraud.
