I have a class C misdemeanor conviction(operating per se) with a year unsupervised probation. It involves 60 day imposed/suspended sentence. I am an F-1.
Can I travel back home while I am in this probation? Will this conviction cause problem at the port-of-entry? Thank you in advance for your help.

If this is your first conviction I wouldn't be too worried.

Go talk to someone at your campusadministration and see if they know anything.
