Sounds like you are for open borders Koller from that statement. What exactly is the right side... just curious?

Of course, it seems that many here don't care if gangsters get in. I wonder if those opinions will change when they get mugged, etc?

The right side would be to change the laws so that people don't have the need to sneak in anymore. Get rid of these stupid 3/10 year bars. I am of the opinion these are actually increasing the number of illegals. Actually, I don't know ... I just see how I am affected and I don't like it one bit.

Most of the USC gangsters are either the children of immigrants or our native criminal class, e.g. black. So while we can't deport all the black people, deporting the immigrants will help lower crime either by directly deporting the criminal or by deporting them, their future children will be outside the U.S. and not harming Americans.

But then PUSC thinks dead Americans are the cost of immigration. That is what separates us, I don't want more Americans killed by gangsters, you do. I am for saving lives by keeping alien criminals out of the US. You are only Proud because you gamed the system and want others to do the same thing. Just how many will have to die to satisfy your sick and bloody opinions that result in American dead?

I've never said I want alien criminals in this country. I've repeatedly said I would like ALL convicted criminals deported from this country. I don't like when the picture is always painted against immigrants. I made the statement about USC gangsters to depict my opinion on this. There are an array of good and bad people everywhere.

As for gaming the system? How, pray tell, does one who was born in the USA game the system?

Good and bad people come in all shapes, colors and sizes, but the point Proud is that the illegal alien we don't have to keep in our nation. The born USC we have no choice, otherwise we'd ship them off to an island.

can someone provide a number that is not the 800 number to report an illegal that should be in jail by their actions! I already called last year
to the ICE 800 number and they have not done anything yet! Where to write or fax or email and that they will take action not only answer the phone!! This is why this country is going down so fast and each day is the criminal rate goes up!~

I don't know much about you, don't even know whether you are an immigrant or not. The 3/10 year bar, is not preventing people from comign here - it is preventing them from leaving.

My case: I was locked in here for 25 years because of the thread to be separated from my children for 10 years. Had this not been the case, I might have gone to Europe after my kids' reaching a certain age and just come every once in a while to check on them. I am afraid to go to Europe, now because I am afraid of the unknown as I haven't seen Europe in 25 years and the 10 year bar which would be preventing me to even visit. Life never stops and emotions can be so tricky - and lead people to do all kinds of stuff. I am sure of it, the 20 million people that are here undocumented are in fact (with some small variants) in the same shoes I am in. /QUOTE]

The law/immigration law does not consider human emotions, meanwhile it's human emotions from one extrem to the other that dictate all human/all life and actions on earth.

Europe: History tells me there were wars in which European Nations faught each other. I remember when I was a kid, there were borders but you where allowed to go and enter the country. We did go - hung out for awhile and went back home. Now I hear there are no more borders and you can (if you can support yourself) actually go and live in Sweden or England etc, etc. How many people do it? Very few!

I am for open borders.

I have been mugged in NYC. A fine bar according to NYC standards. Did I put a label on the mugger. I sure did. It wasn't an immigrant label. Just a mugger! Am I fair and others not. I think yes!
