Paddy nailed it on the head though. Internet gives everyone a certain degree of anonymity that otherwise lacking in real world. You'll be amazed on what the other side is capable of when unleashed from constraint of every day life. Now whether those people that need to hide behind the Internet to express their true thoughts, are nothing but coward, is a serious question that I doubt even Dr.Phil can answer.
