i am out of status in this country have been for over a year, after meeting my soon to be husband i didnt want to leave this country under any circumstances he could not leave to come and be with me, so i decided to stay. we will be getting married very soon, i want to know what it is we should do first and what forms we need to file. thanks for any help or advice you could give us.
