I am a Canadian citizen and been offered a job in states as a senior project manager in information systems arena. Prior to seeking TN-1 visa, I would like to get your advice

Here is my situation,
Back in 1988, I applied for green card under Late Amnesty.
In 1999, I became Canadian citizen,
I had series of interviews with INS and the last interview had beginning of 2006, the interviewer told me I would receive a letter within 2weeks so far now luck.

Now questions are:
Does my late amnesty application affect TN-1 visa at the border?
Do I have to withdrawal late amnesty application?
Is there anything I should know before applying TN- visa?

u can't have immigrant intent when going for a tn-1. If they find that app on the system (prolly will) they can deny ur tn-1. You'd have to formally renounce that app first.
