Hi all! My interview for the removal of my conditional residency has been reschedule to my new local office but I have been requested to bring an I-94 (a thing my former field office didn't rquest when they sent me my first interview notice). I don't remember receiving any such document when I entered the country. What is it exactly? Do I really need to bring it?
Hi: I-94 is proof of your entry in the United States. In case you do not have that with you, still you have your passport which was stamped when you entered the United States. Passport with that stamp is sufficient to fulfill this requirement. Good luck.
Thank you Umesh! Hopefully, I still have my passport with my stamp! Oh... I have also been asked to provide affidavits by 2 witnesses about the bonafide of my marriage. Is there a certain way it should be written ? Do my witnesses need to provide their address, etc...
