Naturalization & Vawa 2? - Topic Powered by eve community

As I am sure some know the T & U visa was created by Vawa II legislation.Does the provisions also grant the 3 year Naturalization rule if the person adjust through the two prior visa categories?

The reason why I ask is because of this.

From the website, it appears that if one holds a U visa, they can file for citizenship in three years, not five despite what this says.
