Dear friends,

We filed for I-140, & I-485 concurrently, I am the primary applicat. They asked for REF and was sent and immigration confirmed receipt of the REF beginning of Augu. 04. I did not get approval yet. In the case status, they mention it will take 90 - 485 days to process such cases and since the intital evalution is completed, processing dates will be less than mentioned. How long it will take to get my approval?

Now I found out about my husband, they send a letter on Augu 20th, but we did not rcv any letter, neither my lawer. But they sent us a letter in Sept for finger printing. Is this is what they mean? May be they made a mistake about the dates? Since my husband will adjudicate with my application, because I am the primary applicant.

Anybody has any idea or experience in this? Pls reply.

Thanks
Therez
