I live in Florida and need a California Immigration lawyer's assistance.

I've found one who is practicing in California, but is not a member of the CA Bar Assn. He is a member of the Iowa Bar.

Is this unauthorized practice of law in CA or is it allowable because he's dealing in Federal matters?

Also, what is a "reasonable" hourly rate for this type of service?
