My application for EAD was approved on 2/10/06 I visit the local office and they couldnt give me temp one but they can send an email to the center to re-mail my card.(done)
I havent reeived the card and I contact USCIS today and transfer me to an officer and he check by recipt # and says all looks good and he sent an another email to the center and I should have the card within 2-3 weeks from today .
Is anybody done that before ? is anybody know something about that ? they will send the card ? I need the card ASAP if not I will loss my job.
Well-how about this: I was approved for my EAD in 2003, and since then had to RENEW my EAD yearly! i still don't have my greencard, and have been married to my husband (a U.S. citizen) for 6 yrs, and done the "interview" etc etc. Next step for us may be a move to the REAL land of the free, European Union, where NO AMERICAN citizen has to be put through this insane burocracy! (now you understand my nickname..)
