Hi, I am pending EB-3 based green card. My case was tranferred originally to Phoenix and now to Tucson. They say Phoenix is too busy. They have asked for Medical exam for every body again. Previous medical was done in Sept 2002. asked for Employment letter for every body including 11 year old too!! In addition to my own application i received part of a similar letter and some papers belonging to some other person in my town with all the info and case number etc enclosed in my letter envelop. I dont no what to do with those extra papers? should i return those papers to Tucson? or should i deliver those papers to the person who they belong to? Is it usual to have medical exam second time?

Yes, unless you learn to speak English, they'll make you have that medical OVER and OVER! But don't worry, they wear gloves.

Hi fresh Taco, how are you?. I am sorry i could not respond earlier. I am also sorry about the mis spellings in my previous message. I was pretty groggy when i wrote that message. My question to you is, when did you listion to me speaking? Do you live in my town? Did you listion it in your dreams? or what. In your response you are pointing out my speaking english. I want to tell you something about myself to you. I am equivalent to a PhD here or an MD. here. I speak in public, I have lectures in my field, i have spoken to the military of USA. I have been on so many american channels on american TV while speaking. I have worked in educational videos .Who are you to point out my speaking on this web site? I want to tell you that the same Immigration department you are spooning about, they had plenty of spelling and verbal mistakes in there paperwork they sent to me. Do you want to correct them? I want to tell you another thing that my Lawyer has told me that we dont have to go for the medical again. The medical done in 2002 is good till they give the green card. That is an Americamn law. I want to apologise again about the spelling and grammer mistakes in my previous messages and this message.
Good luck every one who is looking at this message. Please re read my previous message and figure out what i am trying to tel you. By the way my Lawyer told me to send the extra paper work( someone else s papers in my envelop ) back to the Tucson office.
