I am not an attorney and I live in Texas.
Is it legal for me, a tax preparer,to fill out immigration forms-for my customers- for a small fee?
Is it legal to advertise that I do immigration paperwork?
Some people say yes, no problem, others say I can not do it because then I am practicing law.
I have contacted 5 people including attorneys and they don't know.
I have search internet sites including the Texas State Bar Association.
Any information out there either internet sites, books, lawyer referral, phone numbers, etc is appreciated.

The Texas bar must have a section for "practicing without a license". Check it out for what you can do and what not.
