I am married to a guy over 2 years back.at that time he had greencard and i was(am ) on H1 visa.He got his citizenship recently,as we have several differences decided to divorce(mutual decision).He said he will apply for me greencard(as he didnt allow me to apply thro my work).Can i get a greencard..if so how soon i can divorce him after the greencard
