Good find Koller. If fedNUT's assertion was correct, denials would never happen. We know different. Just goes to show the people who should know the law don't (USCIS) which is why Immigration lawyers are needed to sort out the mess they sometimes create.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move - Douglas Adams
Of course, if you had read my reply, you would know that technical denials are easy, as Koller has experienced. Failure to file timely or without appropriate documents are denials that are as easy as approvals. The hard parts are writing up the denials that require research and writing a cogent denial.
Of course, reviewing facts and cogent analysis are beyond Brit, who has fantacies about NHS healthcare.
THROUGH rain, through snow, Through tempest go! 'Mongst streaming caves, O'er misty waves, On, on! still on! Peace, rest have flown!
Sooner through sadness
I'd wish to be slain, Than all the gladness
Of life to sustain All the fond yearning
That heart feels for heart, Only seems burning
To make them both smart.
How shall I fly? Forestwards hie? Vain were all strife! Bright crown of life. Turbulent bliss,-- Love, thou art this!
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe 1789
Goethe is extremely difficult to translate. The above is sort of correct, but still misses the profoundness, which I think only the original can convey.
I think Goethe was a hor ny fella, because most of what he wrote was about "s ex" very elegantly, but still.
