Not exactly. Most people do prefer to socialize with those similar to themselves. Nothing wrong with that. Being racist is placing someone below you based on their race alone. Which is what this women did when she said a 'Latin' female is smarter than a white guy. Its one thing to hold your own in some high regard. But to do it at the expense of another exposes insecurity.

...but Davdah, she is not placing him lower. She said, if she is experienced and has lived through - the life/issue she is referring to. I agree - one has to be knowledgeable in that regard.

I think white old men, i.e. judges have no connection with the real world. They see the world different.
