Mo,
You mau recall our situation, I am USC who filed for my unmarried son over 21. My I-130 fenally has been approved, and visa bulletin is current. On I 130 we mentioned that we willadjust the status. What do we do now. Are we supposed to get Affidavit of support and all the forms from NVC or we can just download all the forms from the internet(like affidavit of support, AOS , EOD etc) and file them ?All these forms are available on the internet,
Thanks in advance.Hoew is your situation? Did visa bulletin finally reach your priority date?

My priority date became current about a week ago (Family 1st). If your I130 is current too, then its time to adjust your son's status (if he is in the US), or he should hear from the consular post in the country he resides very soon for the final leg of the process (medicals, interviews etc).

You can downland AOS (I485), EAD (I765) and others online, from the uscis.gov website if you want to... I would recommend you to talk to a competent attorney for proper filing. These things can get little tricky - even though an attorney is not necessary to file for greencard.

Good Luck
