My question is as follows, I am a 22 year old Canadian born male, I have no crime record and one year secondary school, trade. I want to move to the U.S.A , where I have a job that is guaranteed for one year and more. the employer will train me and do anything that needs to be done to keep me there and legal . I am also involved in a serious relationship with a girl, which I consider marrying one day. I am wondering what my chances are of getting a visa and what route do you suggest I apply under.
