ok. here goes............
I am a Canadian living in the United States. I have my green through marriage ( he is a USC).
I have not applied for Citizenship and not sure whether I will or not.
My sister has had myself and now my husband as sole guardians of my 3 Canadian nephews. If something should happen and the boys came to us what would we have to go through to get them here. Could we bring them right away and then apply with immigration for them. I have no idea what would even be the first step on this.
If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
