I am a USC. My wife came here on k-1 (fiance) visa. I filed for adjustment of status with INS Phila office the interview was held in oct 2000. INS asked for me to submit 1998 w-2 and tax returns as well. These were submitted and INS confirmed receipt. We have not heard anything since then from INS...mutiple visits to INS have been a waste of time. Fingerprints expired and were renewed in 05/2002 Any ideas...or can anyone recommend an attorney that may be able to help in this case. Thanks!!
