I am putting in one thread for the easy reference of the administrators of the ILW Board the specific reasons to request to ban this poster dcwtech who masquerades under Makeitright.
1. Dcwtech, aka as Makeitright is a suppposed USC (supposedly born here, raised here, lived here all his life yet can't speak straight English) who married a supposed low-life Filipina who ruined his life.
Parties in the situation:
a) Dcwtech - supposed USC b) Filipina lowlife wife - as per description of this poster
In his post in his original thread and other subsequent threads (links will be provided later on) - he brings the Philippines into the story.
Philippines - a country of millions of people hundreds of miles away in Asia
This poster then makes generalized statements about this country and its people that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with his situation.
To quote some: "But They Have Been Here Long And realized They Didnt Have To fool And Manipulate To Succeed Here! GOOD ONES!!! The Oldies Here Will Tell You To Be Very Careful Because 80% Are Bad!"

plus other statements (supposedly drinking and driving in that country is okay, that the people of that country violate immigration laws just to get here in the US, etc.) in his numerous posts that will be discussed later on.
The parties in poster's ruined life is himself and his lowlife wife and family of illegal aliens. He brings the country which have nothing to do with his situation - a sovereign country that is even unaware of this poster's existence - and wants to bring it into a bad light.
Here are rhetorical questions:
1. Did the Philippines have anything to do with this poster's supposed sad plight?
2. Do the Filipinos who are here in the US legally (me proudly included) deserve to be put in a bad light because of his supposed lowlife wife? I even read this poster questioning my presence here, muddling the fact that I'm legally here with the fact that his lowlife wife harbored illegal aliens. As Speed pointed out, this poster questions my presence in the USA, placing himself over God as to who should go to what country.
This poster, ignoring the VERY SIMPLE principle that a country and its people should not be castigated because of the act of one member from that country, proceeds to post several articles about the Philippines attempting to point out what an evil country the Philippines is. Again, totally missing the point.
More questions:
3. On the pretext of supposedly warning the people about immigrant spouses from the Philippines, doesn't this poster exhibit racism? After all, this forum has seen so many spouses who marry for the greencard from COUNTRIES ALL OVER THE WORLD.
4. If scammers and fraudsters come from all over the world, why is this poster deliberately trying to point out defects in the Philippines? In fact, this poster devoted an entire thread about Philippine news that are available on the internet including marriage scams involving Filipinos as if people are so naive to believe that only Filipino spouses are responsible for these scams.
A RATIONAL, OBJECTIVE AND THINKING PERSON can only come up with one conclusion...
RACISM - discrimination or prejudice based on race.

Aside from this obvious negative slant towards a country, this poster had insulted the respected members of this board - he imputed that Sprintgirl cried her way out of the court with fake tears so that Sprint's abusive ex-husband would be sent to jail, laid blame on Sprint that before Sprint came, the ex-husband was doing fine and when Sprint came, that ex-husband was ruined. He questioned RN's presence who is a US citizen, again, simply because she had some ties with that country too. He told Speed that she wants a tanned, rich, stupid, (cuss words) man! This statement came about because he knew that Speed has a Phil. grandma and again, clumped her with his image of Phil. immigrants who marry for the greencard. Of course, as any regular here knows, Speed didn't need to be married to an American because she grew up here. This poster persists in his lame arguments that I and the rest of those who rebut his claims are PROTECTING the Philippines and don't want the truth to come out. This argument is again based on this poster's perverted thinking that the Philippines and the people there are the ones to blame for his lowlife wife. There is nobody protecting that country (as if that any country needs protection) because it's a given that there will always be criminal elements/fraudsters in any country. But because it is hard for this poster to understand that SIMPLE FACT, he twists it again and say that the rest of us are just trying to hide the truth. The TRUTH that there are fraudsters/criminals from the Philippines?

everyone here has experienced heartache, disappointments, frustrations, rejection, and much worse. Some have experienced the type of frustration and heartache as you have, but they also chose not to be vengeful, hateful, or revengeful. That is the road less traveled by DC. These and other numerous posts from other people NOT FROM THE PHILIPPINES unmistakably shows that this poster's poisonous and venomous racism has become so widespread and blatant that those with other home countries are likewise offended.

To expound further on this victim of marriage fraud, it's worth noting that this is the ONLY poster who denigrated a country in his discussions about his supposed lowlife wife.
Other victims of marriage fraud (and some have been called names as well) have posted about their respective immigrant spouses and never got this reaction from other members of this forum. Both natural-born Americans and other citizens or permanent residents with other home countries have questioned this poster's discussion about the Philippines, putting that country in a negative light only because his lowlife wife was a Filipina.
In particular, the following thread just shows how prejudiced and racist this poster is - a thread about an American (SeanPatrick) who likewise got scammed with his immigrant wife. This poster asked that American where his wife was from and this poster answered his own question that the fraudster (supposed) wife is from the Philippines. The woman is from Guatemala. (In fairness to SeanPatrick, he never put down the Guatemalans or blamed them for his misfortunes, never discussed it either.) This poster attempted to drag the Philippines again in that thread even though it has nothing to do with SeanPatrick's situation.

All of this sounds pretty facsistic - I mean you are downing a whole people because you have had bad relations with one, or one familiy of them, worse yet, you seem to pick on the immigrants now because of said bad relations - you ask me, that is rather unfair. Yes, I was born and raised in this area and I believe my style of writing clearly reflects that I am, indeed, a home grown USC. Furthermore, my family has been here since the late 1700's - I am one of the fortunate ones who doesn't have to justify my presence in the US. Does that make me better than anyone? Certainly not!!!
