So where do you draw the line on invasion being wrong? You have already made clear it isn't a house. What about a neighborhood .... a city ... a state ... at what point do you draw the line. Where I live, a small Dallas suburb, my neighborhood has seen a large number of illegal aliens move in. There has been a dramatic decrease in property values, but since they supposedly want a better life, I should just accept it. The town my neighborhood is in has experienced a massive decrease in its economy due, in large part, to the growing illegal immigrant population. Since they want a better life though, we should just write off the town. Tell me Scribbles, exactly where do the rights of the citizens start to override those of the criminals flooding across the border?

If you're asking what I support ideally, I suppose I'm a capitalist. I draw the line on personal property. And the owner of any personal property having the full authority over who gets to live there or who she sells to. And an employer having the full authority over who she hires. I don't support a centrally controlled economy or a big government in general.

Damaging the property or attacking the sovereignty of an individual should be a crime.

So many people seem to gloss over the fact that so many of these people have children here because it is a free ticket to resident status. He SHOULD be deported for being here illegally. He committed two crimes and he should be punished for both. There is no double standard ... just crime and punishment. Unfortunately, the bleeding hearts for these criminals don't see fit to punish them for their first crime against our laws ... their arrival on our soil.
Technically, being here illegally is not a crime unless it meets the definition of aggravated felony, Section 1101(a)(43)(O), which states that multiple EWI entries. Being deported is an administrative action whehter one violates an obscure visa restriction, overstayed, entered without inspection, or committed a criminal offense under section 1227. In other words, differentiate being convicted of a criminal statue outside immigration law and which alien is is deportable. They are mutually exclusive.

So, the police is a drug user since he bought the drug from the illegal alien. The buyer or user is as guilty. quote: Originally posted by Citizen_Kane: Another illegal alien happens to have a cocaine possession, and poss with intent, sales.
He sold cocaine to a police officer back in 1997 and got arrested, went to jail, did some time, then got 5 years probation for it......
Why is this guy still here?? I'm wondering if this guy can be positively affected by this amnesty???
This guy is effectively paper-less, no license or ID of any kind.... used his son's social security number to purchase a home... Also has all utilities in his son's name....
I need to know how to report these criminals...

Because a guy who has been a U.S. resident for years that got pulled over about 7 years ago in a borrowed car which had a single, partially crushed, wet and dirty morphine pill under the driver's seat was beaten by the cops, then arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. The owner of the car even paid for a lawyer for him, and told the cops he had given a ride to some friends of friends immediatelly before lending the car to him. This man happens to be a very good friend of mine, and guess what happened a few months ago??? He went to his country for a visit, and when he came back, he was handed a voluntary deportation order after being held at the airport for 29 hours. So why did they care at the airport about something that happened 7 years ago??? I need you to explain the difference to me!
