HE WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN AN IDENTITY THEFT CASE IN MIAMI IN WHICH HE WAS INTERROGATED, BUT NOT CHARGED. HE BRAGS ABOUT HOW HIS FRIEND WENT TO JAIL BUT HE DIDN'T... APPARENTLY THE IDENTITY WAS USED FROM HIS COMPUTER TO PURCHASE GOODS, AND SENT TO HIS FRIEND'S HOUSE. THE E-MAIL USED WAS THAT OF HIS FRIEND... HE DID SAY HE HAD A KEYLOGGER IN HIS COMPUTER THAT MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED AFTER THE FRAUD WAS COMMITTED AND BEFORE THE COPS CAME TO INVESTIGATE. HE SAID HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS, BUT HE HAD TROUBLE WITH HIS SECURITY CAMERAS, I SAW HIM FIX THINGS IN THE REGISTRY WITHOUT A PROBLEM... MAYBE THAT WAS HIS ONLY ALIBI IN THAT CASE AND THEY BELIEVED HIM.
I BELIEVE HE DID IN FACT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, AS A MATTER OF FACT, I BELIEVE HE FRAMED HIS FRIEND TO SEE IF THE FRAUD WENT THROUGH WITHOUT A HITCH, BUT IT DIDN'T AND SOMEONE IS IN JAIL FOR THE CRIME RIGHT NOW..... .

WHAT???
HOW ON EARTH CAN THIS GUY STILL BE HERE?

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYBODY IN THE ATLANTA AREA WITH SOME INVESTIGATIVE POWER TO LOOK INTO THIS????
I HAVE SUBMITTED TIPS, CALLED POLICE, SENT E-MAILS NOTHING
HE SELLS PRESCRIPTION PILLS, HE HAS SAID HE CAN GET COCAINE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DRUGS FROM HIS SUPPLIERS......
THIS IS MORE HEAR-SAY THAN ANYTHING ELSE, BUT SHOULD ALSO BE LOOKED INTO.

I am trying to report someone who came here illegaly, then commited some crimes, some of which very serious, somehow got his papers, and still lives amongst us.
I believe his case slipped through the cracks, and needs to be re-evaluated....

yea good question.....Cubans can pretty much get away with anything....they are a "superior" kind of immigrant.... I dont understand why they get such prefence...I mean....yea some come fleeing political persecution....but most ...come for the same reason central and south americans come for....money, a better life....its unfair I think.....they get preferential treatment over all other immigrants....

first off engaged, not all cubans are treated like that i know this for a fact maybe you need to get your facts a little clearer. second if you told the police lady leave it alone and let them do their job. how do you know he isn't being watched by undercovers. i know of one person who they watched for 3 years before finally busting him last week. so give it time. quit worrying about it. if he is doing something wrong he will get caught.

and another thing those charges are from back in 1990. 17 YEARS AGO lady you need to get a grip or a life. or just try worrying about your own. you have no idea of what happened in the situation. you weren't there. it was a weed charge and not that much. and the second charge was from 1997. he hasn't had any charges since than. WOW THAT WAS 10 YEARS AGO GET A GRIP

Aggravated stalking, violation of court order to stay away from an underage victim because of prior sexual contact and before that drug traficking etc....

Can you remind me why the F U C K the FBI does background checks on immigrants then??

3 points:
1. The drug charges came prior to IIRCA which expanded aggravated felony. In other words, it would violate the US Constitution, you know, that piece of paper that judges must uphold.

2. Name checks came way after he was convicted although he may not be approved as a USC.

3. In order for him to be arrested NOW, he needs to have violated law after the convictions you listed. Prior convictions may play a part on sentencing or removal proceedings, but not now. Or are you willing to violate the law yourself just for a personal vendetta?
