I have I-140 approval, visa fee sent to NVC Aug 31st. Born and currently resident in the UK. Will my application be affected by retrogression or not? Hearing so many conflicting things.
retrogression only applies to nationals of philippines, china and india. if you are not a national of any of these you should be fine.
