Here is my story.

1)
Came here with H1B(already to a permanent resident). Laid off..
2)Worked illegaly for 6- 7 months.
3) 2 yrs later changed to V1 Visa .
4)Now spouse became USC. Applied for change of status.

My question is , can I use my V1 visa ,which is not yet expired or AP to visit my home ?

No, but you should apply for adv. parole so you can come back to USA

AP was given for 1 yr to AOS Applicant. Is it valid for multiple entries?
